Terms and Conditions | Vocal Euphoria

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Vocal Euphoria. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

All sessions, packages, and workshops are booked online through the Vocal Euphoria scheduling system.

Full payment is required within 30 minutes of booking to hold your appointment time. Partial payments do not hold a booking. If full payment is not received within 30 minutes, the appointment time will be released.

Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, Interac e-Transfer (Canadian bank accounts only) to payments@vocaleuphoria.com, or eGift Card. Please include your invoice number in the message field when paying by e-Transfer.

All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-extendable, and non-negotiable unless otherwise explicitly stated or required by law.

Packages

Packages are bundles of sessions that must be used within a fixed validity period.

Lessons
Series 3 — 3 sessions, valid for 4 weeks
Series 5 — 5 sessions, valid for 6 weeks
Series 10 — 10 sessions, valid for 12 weeks
Series 15 — 15 sessions, valid for 17 weeks

Consultations and Duo Coaching
Series 3 — 3 sessions, valid for 4 weeks
Series 5 — 5 sessions, valid for 6 weeks

Performance Lab
Series 3 — 3 Labs, valid for 2 months
Series 5 — 5 Labs, valid for 3 months

No Performance Labs run in July and August. Those two months do not count toward the validity period of a Lab Series or of a Prep Pack with Performance Labs.

Prep Packs — each pack is valid for the time shown with it on the Prep Packs page: 1, 4, 6, 12 or 17 weeks

Everything in a Prep Pack (sessions, consultation, Performance Labs and the MasterClass) must be used within the pack’s validity period, which replaces the validity of the individual Series and Lab Series. Last-Minute Rush A’s Performance Lab may be any Lab in the next 4 weeks.

Validity begins on the date of the first session. Sessions in a package must be booked no more than 2 weeks apart (this does not apply to Performance Labs); days the studio is closed do not count toward this. The validity period is extended by one week if it includes Christmas to New Year’s (December 24 to January 1), and by one week for each session the coach cancels. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited. Packages cannot otherwise be refunded, extended, transferred, or negotiated.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Private lessons (singing, public speaking and duo coaching) and consultations may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is forfeited. Cancelled sessions are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Duo Coaching: if one of the pair can’t attend, the session may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice (within the package’s time, for a package). With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is either forfeited or goes ahead with the one person who can attend.

For Performance Lab: Performance Lab bookings may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking is forfeited. Lab bookings are non-refundable.

For MasterClass: MasterClass performer bookings may be cancelled but are not eligible for rescheduling. Cancelled or missed performer bookings are non-refundable. This applies regardless of notice given, due to advance venue and musician costs. MasterClass observer bookings may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking is forfeited. Observer bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed using the Reschedule button in your booking confirmation, reminder or follow-up emails, or by signing in to My bookings.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session. Significant lateness may be treated as a no-show at the coach’s discretion.

Workshop Participation

MasterClass sessions are structured performance workshops with limited spots. All participants — performers and observers — must register in advance. Drop-ins are not permitted.

For a performer under 18, one parent or guardian comes free and stays with them for the whole MasterClass. The parent or guardian supervises the performer throughout; Vocal Euphoria does not supervise children.

Performance Labs are for adults, 18 and up. Only booked participants attend; no observers or guests.

Unregistered participants may be refused entry.

Youth Participants

For participants under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for the booking and payment. For some sessions or workshops, parent or guardian attendance may be recommended or required.

Conduct & Service Boundaries

Participants are expected to arrive on time, engage respectfully, and follow coaching guidance.

Full-session recording is not permitted. Short excerpts may be recorded when appropriate. At a Performance Lab or MasterClass, you may record your own turn, and never anyone else’s without their permission.

Vocal Euphoria reserves the right to refuse or end a session if conduct is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive. In such cases, the session is considered complete and no refund will be issued.

Services provided by Vocal Euphoria are educational and performance-based. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

Coach-Initiated Changes

If technical issues interrupt an online session, the remaining time will be rescheduled or credited. If the coach is unwell or contagious, the session will be rescheduled at no cost to the student, and the package’s validity period is extended by one week.

Force Majeure

Vocal Euphoria is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, or emergencies. A session cancelled for one of these reasons is rescheduled at no cost.

Privacy

Personal information is collected and used only as necessary to manage bookings, communicate with students, and deliver services. Booking-related data is processed through Vocal Cue, Vocal Euphoria’s own booking system, as described in the Privacy Policy.

eGift Cards

For Purchasers

eGift Cards are available for one session, workshop or package — a small Prep Pack (Last-Minute Rush A, Last-Minute Rush B or Getting Started), one consultation, one MasterClass performer spot, one Performance Lab, one singing or public speaking lesson, a singing or public speaking Series 3 or Series 5, or one duo session — and are redeemable only for the session or package named on the card. Prices are plus applicable tax, all paid at purchase. The tax is applied when the card is used.

eGift Cards have no cash value and are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-extendable, and non-negotiable.

eGift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

When a Series or Prep Pack is purchased as an eGift Card, its validity period begins on the date of the first session, not the date of purchase.

If no eGift Card delivery is requested at the time of purchase, a confirmation receipt will be issued to the purchaser confirming the recipient’s name, the purchaser’s name, and the session or package purchased.

Anonymous gifts cannot be processed. Every eGift Card names who it is for: the recipient’s name or, when no card is sent, a name or the occasion.

Vocal Euphoria reserves the right to verify the authenticity of eGift Cards before processing. eGift Cards that cannot be verified will not be accepted.

For Recipients

To redeem an eGift Card, enter its code when you pay for your booking at book.vocaleuphoria.com. The eGift Card pays for the session or package named on it.

Your eGift Card remains valid for future bookings if your booking is cancelled due to non-payment.

Expired eGift Cards cannot be redeemed or extended.

Digital Products

The Vocal Dojo, the Vocal Euphoria warmup app, is sold under its own Terms of Use, available at vocaleuphoria.com/dojo/terms.php.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updates apply to future bookings and will be posted on this page.
